Motion suspending Rule 5.43 of the Rules of Order of the Board of Supervisors to allow the Board of Supervisors to consider, without waiting 30 days after its introduction, Ordinance amending Administrative Code Chapter 37 "Residential Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Ordinance" by adding a new Section 37.8C "Temporary Moratorium on Rent Board processing or approval of landlord petitions for certification and passthrough of capital improvement, rehabilitation and energy conservation costs to tenants, during pendency of the Superior Court's preliminary injunction staying implementation of November 2000 Proposition H."
