Resolution approving Amendment No. 1 to the agreement between Hyde Street Community Services and the Department of Public Health for behavioral health services, to increase the agreement amount by $17,556,558, for an amount not to exceed $27,030,997; and to extend the term by five and one-half years, from January 1, 2021, for a total agreement term of July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2026.
