Ordinance implementing Amendment No. 2 to the 1997-2001 Memorandum of Understanding between the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry, Local No. 38 and the City and County of San Francisco by adding a new section to Article III.E. Additional Compensation which provides for the pass-through of State of California funds to certain represented classes working at Skilled Nursing Facilities.
