Ordinance implementing Amendment No. 2 to the 1998-2001 Memorandum of Understanding between the International Union of Operating Engineers Stationary Engineers, Local 39 and the City and County of San Francisco by adding a new section to Article III.C. Special Pay Provisions which provides for the pass-through of State of California funds to certain represented classes working at Skilled Nursing Facilities.
