Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code to add a new Chapter 12R requiring the inclusion in agreements for banking services between the City and County of San Francisco and banks of a provision requiring the banks to cash public assistance checks without charge, regardless of whether the payee maintains an account at such bank, if the bank negotiates drafts as part of their regular banking services for its customers.
