Charter amendment (First Draft) to add Section 13.103.5, amend Sections 13.104 and 15.105 to create an Elections Commission consisting of seven members appointed by the Mayor, the Board of Supervisors, the City Attorney, the Public Defender, the District Attorney, the Ethics Commission and the Sunshine Task Force; to designate that the Director of Elections serves at the pleasure of the Elections Commission; and to provide a removal process for members of the Elections Commission.
