Hearing to discuss the availability of ethnic and language sensitive mental health services in San Francisco. The hearing will address such issues as: availability of bilingual and bicultural personnel in the field, the need for such expertise, what treatment units/modalities have such services, the geographical location of such services, and the Mental Health Department's plan to close the language and ethnic gap in treatment services.
