Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept and expend retroactively a grant in the amount of $315,828 for the first year of a three year grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for HIV prevention intervention research on the efficacy of condom skills building and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of September 30, 2001 to September 29, 2002.
