Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept and expend retroactively a grant in the amount of $400,000 for the first year of three years from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to expand mental health services for racial and ethnic minority transgenders in non-mental health settings and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of October 1, 2001 to September 30, 2002.
