Resolution granting revocable permission to Bridge Housing Corporation to occupy a portion of the public right-of-way to construct and install sidewalk improvements, including new sidewalk pavers, new street trees with tree guards and grates and gaslight style pedestrian level lighting on the west side of Church Street; and new sidewalk pavers, new street trees with tree guards and grates, gaslight style pedestrian level lighting, new landscaping and new markers demarcating the entrances on the east side of Church Street, between Duboce Avenue and Hermann Street, in conjunction with the construction of the new affordable housing project at #1 Church Street (Block 0874, Lot 014) and making findings of consistency with the priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
