Resolution authorizing the District Attorney to amend the current agreement in the amount of $75,000 which has been allocated from the Victim Compensation and Governing Claims Board (formerly known as the State Board of Control), an agent of the State of California, for a revolving loan fund to be used to pay for verified funeral/burial expenses and emergency relocation for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
