Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City and County of San Francisco to accept and expend a grant from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a total amount of $7,865,000 for the Home Program authorized under Title II of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, Public Law Number 101-625, and approving the Home Program description as described in the 2002 Action Plan for San Francisco's Consolidated Plan. Indirect costs associated with the acceptance of these grant funds will be paid by the Community Development Block Grant funds; placing $20,000 on reserve.
