Resolution authorizing the Airport Commission to accept and expend a Federal Airport Improvement Program grant in the amount of $5,291,558.00 from the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration, and approving Modification Nos. 4 and 5 to Contract No. 4240.1 for preparation of environmental impact studies for the proposed runway reconfiguration project, for a total contract amount not to exceed $16,200,730.
