Title: Resolution approving a schedule of fees to be charged by the Department of Consumer Assurance for testing of weighing and measuring devices initiated by written request and for reinspecting, retesting and recertifying weighing and measuring devices found to be outside the tolerances or specifications set by the California Department of Food and Agriculture upon an initial inspection prescribed by California Business and Professions Code Section 12210(a), and ratifying any such fees charged by the Department prior to this resolution.
