Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept and expend retroactively a grant in the amount of $186,000 from the California Family Health Council, Inc. (CFHC), to enhance and expand HIV/AIDS confidential counseling and testing services in family planning agency clinics and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of September 1, 2002, through August 31, 2003.
