Resolution determining that the transfer of a Type 20 off-sale beer and wine alcoholic beverage control license from 5423 Geary Boulevard to 399 4th Street for Whole Foods Market California, Inc. dba "Whole Foods Market"(District 6), and issuance of a Type 42 on-sale beer and wine public premises license to the same applicant, will serve the convenience of the people of the City and County of San Francisco, in accordance with Section 23958.4 of the California Business and Professions Code.
