Resolution authorizing (retroactive to April 1, 2003 for Parcel 3) a grant of easements to the State of California over property in the County of San Mateo under the jurisdiction of the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission; adopting findings that the conveyance is consistent with the City’s General Plan and Eight Priority Policies of City Planning Code Section 101.1; adopting findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act; ratifying acts and authorizing actions in furtherance of this resolution; and authorizing the Director of Property to execute documents, make certain modifications and take certain actions in furtherance of this resolution.
