Title: Ordinance amending the Planning Code to add section 121.6 to impose a conditional use requirement for large-scale retail uses in excess of 50,000 gross square feet outside of the C-3 zoning districts and in excess of 90,000 gross square feet within the C-3 zones, to prohibit such uses if they are in excess of 120,000 gross square feet in any zone other than the C-3 zones, and to prohibit specified large-scale retail uses in excess of 120,000 gross square feet in the C-3 zones; amending Planning Code section 303 to add findings for the abovementioned uses concerning active street frontage patterns, mixed-use building opportunities, and other criteria set forth herein; making findings of consistency with the General Plan and Planning Code section 101.1(b); and exempting from this legislation those uses for which the City received a site permit application prior to July 15, 2003.
