Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to accept and expend retroactively a grant in the amount of $439,455 from the California Business, Transportation & Housing Agency Office of Traffic Safety (CBTHAOTS) to prevent DUI and resultant traffic injuries and to enter into an agreement for the use of these funds; for the period of October 1, 2003 to December 31, 2005.
