Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code, Section 5.102, requiring that all members of the Veterans Affairs Commission be honorably discharged veterans from the armed forces of the United States of America as evidenced by a discharge sheet or other equivalent written evidence of honorable discharge, or be veterans discharged from the armed forces of the United States of America on account of sexual orientation.
