Title: Ordinance amending the Residential Rent Stabilization and Arbitration Ordinance (Administrative Code Chapter 37) by amending Section 37.8(b)(1) to limit permissible base rent increases based upon a landlord’s Operating and Maintenance petitions pending or filed on or after October 28, 2003 for a property with six or more residential units, so that the same landlord may not impose more than a total seven percent (7%) rent increase for any unit in any five (5) year period due to increases in operating and maintenance costs.
