Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit filed by Sofia Rillanos against the City and County of San Francisco for $80,000; the lawsuit was filed on March 23, 2003 in San Francisco Superior Court, Case No. 418-598; entitled Sofia Rillanos v. City and County of San Francisco, et al; other material terms of said settlement are that plaintiff is to seek a non-disability-related retirement with the San Francisco Employees' Retirement System within three days of the date the settlement amount is paid.
