Resolution approving the settlement of the unlitigated claim filed by Irene Huang against San Francisco for $350,000; claim was filed on July 1, 2003; additional material terms of said settlement are: (a) Irene Huang is appointed to a provisional appointment; (b) Irene Huang agrees to cooperate in any proceedings between the City and Ricardo Paez; (c) Irene Huang shall receive 10% (ten percent) of any net recovery.
