Draft ordinance amending Park Code Section 13.02 to require that the Operational Plan for the Recreation and Park Department include detailed operations plans for recreation centers and museums under the Department's jurisdiction, and adding Park Code Section 13.05 to require the Department submit proposed leases, contracts and use permits to the Park, Recreation and Open Space Advisory Committee for determination of consistency with the Operational Plan.
