Resolution urging the Transportation Authority to facilitate the completion and adoption of the San Francisco Bike Plan Update by procuring consulting services necessary to develop required traffic and environmental analysis in a timely fashion and urging the Planning Department to provide to the Board of Supervisors and the Transportation Authority by July 1st, 2004 the specific criteria against which the environmental analysis will be evaluated.
