Occhipinti Separate Property Trust dated August 15, 1989, (collectively “Occhipinti”), at no cost to the City, for the development of a playground, adopting findings that the conveyance is categorically exempt from Environmental Review, is consistent with the City’s Eight Priority Policies of City Planning Code Section 101.1 and is in conformity with the City’s General Plan; and authorizing the Director of Property to execute documents, make certain modifications and take certain actions in furtherance of this resolution.
