Ordinance amending Section 305 of the Elections Code to require introduction of proposed Charter Amendments not less than 210 days prior to an election and to require an informational committee hearing regarding the proposed Charter Amendment no earlier than 30 days nor later than 60 days after introduction of the proposed Charter Amendment.
