Title: Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the Planning Commission by its Motion No. 16872 dated October 21, 2004, approving a conditional use authorization, Case No. 2003.0304C to: (1) Allow an 85-foot tall structure above the 40-foot base height under Planning Code Sections 263.11(b) and (e); (2) Allow dwelling units at a density greater than one unit per 200 square feet of lot area under Section 207.5; (3) Allow exceptions to the bulk limits of the 85-B Bulk District above 50 feet in height as stated in Planning Code Section 270 and pursuant to the Planning Code Section 271(a); (b) and (c); and (4) Provide off-street parking in excess of accessory amounts as defined in Planning Code Section 204.5 pursuant to Planning Code Section 157(a), (b), and (d). The site is within the RSD (Residential Service District), and is within a 40-X/85-B Height and Bulk District, and is subject to interim policies of the South of Market Housing/Mixed Use Overlay District per Resolution No. 16727, located at 829 Folsom Street, south side, between 4th and 5th Streets; Lot 091 in Assessor’s Block 3752.
