Ordinance adding San Francisco Traffic Code Section 202.F to provide free use of parking meter zones by hybrid vehicles and clean air vehicles displaying a decal issued by the State of California, when it is otherwise lawful for the vehicle to park continuously in the same zone and within the prescribed time limits, from July 1, 2005 until June 30, 2006.
