Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit filed by Israel Flores against the City and County of San Francisco for $85,000.00; the lawsuit was filed on September 18, 2003 in the United States District Court, Northern District, Case No. C03-4262 SBA; entitled Israel Flores v. City and County of San Francisco, et al; other material terms of said settlement are the City shall waive its lien in the amount of $33,740.60, representing the value of medical services provided to Israel Flores for injuries sustained in the relevant incident.
