Motion amending the Rules of the Board of Supervisors by amending Rules 5.1 - 5.6 to create a standing Government Audit and Oversight Committee and a Standing Budget and Finance Committee; to Repeal the Rules Related to the Finance and Audits Committee and Budget Committee; to change the name of the City Services Committee to the City Operations and Neighborhood Services Committee; and to Define the Responsibilities and Jurisdiction of the Budget and Finance Committee, the Government Audit and Oversight Committee, the Rules Committee, the City Operations and Neighborhood Services Committee and the Land Use Committee.
