Hearing to consider the budgets of large General Fund City departments, including Public Health, Department of Human Services, Fire, Police, Sheriff, and the Recreation and Parks Department. The hearing perimeters will include (1) current year spending and performance; (2) midyear budget cuts; and (3) the proposed FY 2005-2006 budget submission to the Mayor.
