Ordinance adding Chapter 14, the "Dungeness Crab Sustainability Ordinance" to the Environment Code, adding section 1400 setting forth the findings, adding section 1401 limiting to 250 per day the number of crab traps a vessel, loading or unloading traps or crab in San Francisco, may set , and section 1402, making the penalty for violation a misdemeanor and charging the Department of the Environment with monitoring the Ordinance.
