Ordinance authorizing settlement of the lawsuit filed by Bryan Ketron against the City and County of San Francisco for $57,500 and the lawsuit filed by Alisa Vincent against the City and County of San Francisco for $25,000; the cases have been consolidated under Bryan Ketron v. City and County of San Francisco, et al., Superior Court , Case No. 414-357. The Ketron lawsuit was filed on November 4, 2002 in Superior Court, Case No. 414-357 the Vincent lawsuit was filed on March 21, 2003 in Superior Court, Case No. 418-577.
