Resolution approving settlement of EEOC Charge No. 370A300288, filed by Julie Yee December 18, 2002 against the City and County of San Francisco for $40,642.78. Other material term of said settlement is that Yee shall release all her claims, including a release of any right she may have to file suit based upon the allegations in her EEOC Charge.
