Title: Ordinance repealing Chapter 2 of the Environment Code which established an environmentally preferable purchasing pilot program and sections 507, 508 and 512 of Chapter 5 and Chapter 9 of the Environment Code which pertain to purchasing certain environmentally preferable commodities and enacting a new Chapter 2 of the Environment Code to establish a comprehensive City-wide Environmentally Preferable Purchasing Program for purchases of commodities; and making conforming changes in Environment Code sections 501, 506 and 511 and Administrative Code sections 21.16 and 21.30.
