Ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the City and County of San Francisco Sectional Map 7 and changing the use classification of two lots at the intersection of 18th and Sanchez Streets from RH-3 (Residential, Three-Family) to NC-1 (Neighborhood Commercial Cluster District); making findings of consistency with the priority policies of Planning Code Section 101.1 and the General Plan; and making environmental findings.
