Ordinance amending Section 306.2 and Section 1014.1 of the Plumbing Code to allow for alternate locations for rain water drains; to modify the requirements for grease traps; and to make findings in accordance with California Health and Safety Code Section 17958.5 as to the local climatic, topological and geological reasons for amending the State Building Code.
