Resolution authorizing the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) to enter retroactively into an agreement with the California Department of Health Services (CDHS), the primary contractor, and expend funds in the amount of up to $70,000 in order to participate in the development of a national violent death reporting system, and to add one 0.5 position funded under this agreement; for the period of January 1, 2005, through September 29, 2009.
