Title: Motion amending the Board's Rules of Order to add Rule 2.32, requiring each candidate for a Board, Commission or advisory body appointment or confirmation who would be required to file a Form 700 (Statement of Economic Interests) to submit such a Statement to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors prior to Board Consideration of the appointment or confirmation, and allowing the Board to consider appointments or confirmations, despite the failure of an applicant to file a completed Form 700, if the time for Board consideration is about to expire.
