Resolution declaring the intention of the Board of Supervisors to vacate a portion of Bernal Heights Boulevard west of Moultrie Street and transfer jurisdiction from the Department of Public Works to the Recreation and Park Department; setting the hearing date, September 13, 2005 at 3:00 p.m., for all persons interested in the proposed vacation of the street vacation area; and adopting environmental findings and findings that the vacation is consistent with the City’s General Plan and the Eight Priority Policies of Planning Code Section 101.1.
