Ordinance amending the Planning Code by adding Section 319 to impose a community stabilization impact fee on residential development in the Rincon Hill Area Plan to provide community stabilization benefits including affordable housing, economic development and community cohesion, and to provide for requirements related to the inclusionary housing obligation on new development in the Rincon Hill Downtown Residential Mixed Use District, and making findings.
