Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the the decision of the Department of Public Works, by its letter dated June 20, 2005, approving a request for a Minor Sidewalk Encroachment Permit to occupy a portion of the public sidewalk right-of-way for the purpose of constructing and maintaining two 30” high planter box, and a warped driveway ramp, to encroach 3’-9” into the public sidewalk right-of-way fronting the property at 405 Hill Street.
