Motion that the Board of Supervisors convene in closed session with the City Attorney for the purpose of conferring with, or receiving advice from, the City Attorney regarding potential litigation involving the City related to the renewal of the cable franchise for Comcast of California III. Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(1) and (b)(3) and San Francisco Administrative Code Section 67.10(d)(2) permit this closed session. Based on existing facts and circumstances, there is a significant exposure to litigation involving the City and County.
