Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the Planning Commission by its Motion No. 17063 dated July 14, 2005 authorizing a conditional use authorization pursuant to Application No. 2004.0130CV subject to certain conditions, for a use size in excess of 3,000 square feet, for a music training facility (“MUSIC CITY”), with a full-service restaurant and bar, with live entertainment, also requiring a variance for off-street parking and usable open space (pursuant to conversion of “Tourist” hotel rooms to “Residential” hotel rooms), in the Polk Street Neighborhood Commercial District and a 65-A Height and Bulk District, on property located at 1353–1355 Bush Street, south side between Larkin and Polk Streets, with additional frontage on Fern Street; Lot 13, Assessor’s Block 669.
