Jones and Associates; Debra A. Newman; Rodriguez, Perez, Delgado & Company Certified Public Accountants; Harvey M. Rose Accountancy Corporation Certified Public Accountants; and Louie & Wong LLP Certified Public Accountants (“A Joint Venture”) to extend the term of the Agreement from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2007.
