Hearing on San Francisco's disaster preparedness in the event of a man-made or natural calamity, with emphasis on but not limited to: community notification warning systems; regional and national assistance and planning; citizen preparedness and participation; mass care, shelter and transportation; OES budget and grant funding projections; preservation of critical services and government oversight; and more subjects to follow - requests the presence of local and state (e.g. OES, etc.), and federal representatives (e.g. FEMA) who are best equipped to address issues pertaining to municipal and regional disaster preparedness.
