Draft Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by adding Article III, Section ____ through ___, to Chapter 16 to require that the City contract with the Board of Administration of the Public Employees' Retirement System of the State of California to provide that local prosecutors, public defenders and public defender investigators, on or after January 1, 2002, shall be members of the Public Employees' Retirement System pursuant to Code Section 20423.6, and find that such a contract will be cost-neutral to the City.
