Hearing to consider the possible adoption of an ordinance approving and adopting findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act and a Statement of Overriding Considerations for the Redevelopment Plan Amendment for the South of Market Earthquake Recovery Redevelopment Project Area; amending Ordinance No. 234-90 to adopt the Redevelopment Plan Amendment for the South of Market Redevelopment Project Area; adopting findings that the Redevelopment Plan Amendment and related documents are consistent with the City's General Plan and Eight Priority Policies of City Planning Code Section 101.1; adopting other findings pursuant to the California Community Redevelopment Law; and authorizing official acts in furtherance of this ordinance.
