Title: Hearing of persons interested in or objecting to the Planning Commission by its Motion No. 17139 dated November 3, 2005, approving Conditional Use Application No. 2004.0672ECV, subject to certain conditions, to allow the construction of dwelling units within a C-M (Heavy Commercial) zoning district pursuant to Planning Code Section 215(a) in order to demolish an existing vacant commercial building and construct two new four story over garage buildings containing a total of sixty-eight dwelling units and sixty-eight off-street parking spaces on a property within a C-M (Heavy Commercial) zoning district, the ‘Housing/Mixed Use’ sub-area of the Eastern Neighborhoods planning area as set forth in Planning Commission Resolution Number 16727, and a 40-X Height and Bulk District, located at 2660 Harrison Street, on the west side between 22nd and 23rd Streets.
